Buffering is almost always local rather than server-side. Work through it in this order: restart your router, switch the device from Wi-Fi to Ethernet if you can, close other apps that are streaming or downloading, then lower the stream quality in your player. If a single channel buffers while everything else is smooth, message support and we will move you to a different server.

They are two ways of loading the same subscription. An M3U link is a single web address containing your whole channel list, which you paste into any player that accepts it.
